Week 2: Plenty of Books

So I realize it's been a little over a week since I've last posted things I'm getting rid of to minimize stuff in my life.

If you know me you know I LOVE TO READ!!! Hence my 6 shelves of books in my room and the basket next to my bed. Well, I had to be real with myself. Will I read all of those again? Some I've been holding on to since high school just because they were such a good read. Honestly though...I'm really into reading new things. So I've learned about myself. The only time I read a book more than once is if it's a topic I need at that stage in my life. So basically the Bible. Ok ok, and a few other books here and there.

You will be so proud to know that I've boxed up over 50 books and am donating the Christian ones to my church. No no don't worry about me and my love for paper, I still have a good 50 books but 3 of my 6 shelves are now empty. A lot of the books I'm getting rid of are some from CBU and others I've bought that aren't relevant to me anymore. I've kept the ones that have meaning to me and know in my heart of hearts that one day I will read them again whether that be in a group, with one other person, or on my own.

There it is folks! Week 2... PLENTY of books.
