What You've Been Saved From

Below is a short thought that I wrote a long time ago about how we need to be reminded of what we've been saved from. Not very long, a short devo actually, but still a glass full of goodness:

Believer, it is so important to remember what you were saved from on a daily basis. When we do this it reminds us that we are to live a life of righteousness and worship before God. The cross should always be at the forefront of your mind. Causing you to depend on Him for everything & worship him for everything. When we are focused on the work of Calvary we think less about ourselves and our problems. Renewing your mind is a practice and habit we must discipline ourselves in (Romans 12:1-2). That is the pattern we should follow so by it we can experience Gods will, Gods good and perfect will.
