"It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God! Remember the earlier days when after you had been enlightened, you endured a hard struggle with sufferings." Hebrews 10:31-32
These two verses hold so much truth in them. When I became Gods I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I see now that what I was getting myself into was the best thing that could ever happen to me. Yes, it is terrifying to fall into the hands of the living God. When you surrender you have no idea what He's going to do. Don't forget though that what He does is for our good (Romans 8:28). I remember being enlightened with the grace of God and within a year the biggest struggle and suffering came upon me. I will never take it back because all it has done has drawn me closer to Him who loves me. The more you fall into the hands of the living God and let your life slip out of your own it can be scary but it can also be the best ride of your life when you have the knowledge that the all powerful, all loving, Almighty God has control of your life. You see, when you give Him control you find His plans for your life are better than your own could ever be. Lord means Master. Do you believe He is your owner? your master? that you belong to Him? When you do and you grasp this it changes all your plans to align with His. We can't tell Him what to do with our lives if He owns us. God just convicted me that by telling Him to heal me instead of have His way with me is a form of not allowing Him to own my entire life. Your will be done Lord.
"But we are not those who draw back and are destroyed, but those who have faith and obtain life." Hebrews 10:39
In order to obtain life you have to have faith. Faith is the opposite of drawing back in fear. Fear can destroy you. Fight with all you've got! Never give up!
